Welcome to the Cairns Crocodiles Merch Store! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [https://cairnscrocodiles.com/merch-store/] (the “Site”), and the purchase of our limited edition merchandise (the “Products”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Availability

All merchandise is sold on a limited edition, first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, household, or order.

We make every effort to display accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or pricing are accurate, complete, or current.

4. Preorders and Reservation Process

Certain high-demand or upcoming items may be available for preorder or reservation prior to official release. By placing a preorder or reservation:

• You are committing to purchase the item once it becomes available.
  
• Full payment may be required at the time of preorder, depending on the product.
  
• Estimated collection dates are provided for reference only and are subject to change.
  
• If the item becomes unavailable due to inventory limitations or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
  

We reserve the right to cancel preorders at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or violation of our terms.

5. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  
• Prices are listed in AUD and may not include applicable taxes or fees.
  

6. Shipping and Pick-Up

Please note: We do not offer shipping. All merchandise must be collected in person during the Cairns Crocodiles event running 13 – 15 May 2025 at the Cairns Convention Centre, Cairns Australia.

Pick-up details are as follows:

• Location: Merchandise Stand, Mezzanine Level, Trinity Exhibition Room
  
• Pick-Up Hours:
  
  • Daily from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
    
  • Daily from 12:30 PM – 1:45 PM
    

To collect your items, you must present a confirmed order email or receipt. Items not collected during the event will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of limited edition items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged at the time of pickup. Please inspect your item upon collection and report any issues immediately to the staff at the Merchandise Stand.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including but not limited to logos, product designs, text, graphics, and images—is the property of The Misfits Media Company PTY. LTD. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site for violating these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Misfits Media Company PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Site or products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
