Tracey is a proud hard of hearing woman with a passion for advocacy and inclusion. Her 25-year career has crossed social housing, women’s domestic violence services and the film and television industry.
Her advocacy work in the Australian screen industry has seen her lead on strategies driving greater representation of women and of people with disability in film, TV and advertising.
Tracey is growing the work of Bus Stop Films on a global scale, with a focus on disability employment and authentic representation in the commercial advertising and screen industry. She has presented Bus Stop’s work to filmmakers and creatives globally, including at the Global Summit of the Unstereotype Alliance at the United Nation and the Dignified Storytelling Summit in as part of Expo Dubai.
Tracey is an Includeability Ambassador on disability employment to the Australian Human Rights Commission, Director of Northcott and Northcott Innovation and of Deaf Sports Australia 2016- 2024. She is also a member of the Screen Australia Gender Matters Taskforce.
