Tom Phillips is an entrepreneurial agency leader with over two decades of experience building brands across EMEA and APAC. As CEO of the award-winning creative group Connecting Plots, he leads a collective of specialist companies spanning brand communications, social, influencer, content, production and earned media, united by the mission to deliver business impact with ‘Imagination in Every Impression’.
A planner by trade, Tom’s career began at Mindshare London before relocating to Australia, to transform The Conscience Organisation into a leading social and digital agency and become a partner at Infinity Squared. In 2018, he co-founded Connecting Plots to meet the demands of modern, integrated brand storytelling.
His leadership has shaped the narratives of brands like Nike, Unilever, and Coca-Cola, earning global recognition, including an International Emmy® Award and Effie® Award for marketing effectiveness. Tom believes in agile, insight-driven creativity for today’s fragmented media landscape.
