Shyaire has been a writer for as long as she can remember. Her advertising career spans continents, from the Middle East to Australia, where she's lent her talents to leading creative agencies. Outside ad-land, she's a slam poet, fiction writer, and stand-up comic. Currently an Associate Creative Director at Leo Burnett and Head of AWARD  School online, Shy is a passionate advocate for diversity, having made notable appearances in pre-panel performances, keynote speeches and national panel discussions. She is a mentor for The Aunties, Assisterhood and D&AD Shift. Her work has been featured on 3ZZZ Radio, Triple R, Friends of Rhonda, and her activism extends to anti-racism and climate change, with her contributions also featured on The Today Show.
