With over 15 years in the dynamic music and media industry and a decade immersed in the fast-paced tech world, I've cultivated extensive expertise in brand strategy and development, with a strong focus on consumer and trade technology, as well as content marketing.
My core strengths encompass UX, creative direction, brand strategy, full-funnel marketing for both consumers and businesses, event management, strategic partnerships, and effective PR and communications.

I've had the privilege of leading local and regional highly agile, diverse and highly creative teams throughout my career. I have had the honour of launching and spearheading marketing efforts for Spotify, the world's largest and fastest growing music service, across ANZ, and six markets in Southeast Asia, including the pivotal launch of Spotify in Indonesia.
Today, I'm thrilled to be part of TikTok's Global Marketing Leadership team, at the forefront of the world's fastest-growing mobile platform. In this role, I lead all aspects of brand, marketing, and growth initiatives. My journey so far has been marked by constant growth, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to excellence, in particular in building and leading teams.

As an accomplished leader with a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in agile teams, my strengths lie in effective cross-functional and partner negotiations, strategic planning, creative problem solving, and executing innovative market-first ideas.
I excel in managing complex partnerships, fiscal and creative responsibilities and I've led award-winning mobile, digital, and above-the-line (ATL) campaigns, consistently tackling creative challenges even with limited budgets while surpassing ambitious targets. A particular specialty is working on low-cost/high impact programs/ market-first programs, which has been a source of great satisfaction throughout my career.

Most recently, I joined the Board Of Directors of Australia's oldest and most respected elite sports and physical education tertiary institution. Founded in 1917, the Australian College of Physical Education (ACPE) has a long and illustrious history. In fact, ACPE first began as a physical education training institute for young women.
