Meet Rajeev Raja. A creative powerhouse who today straddles the two worlds of brands and music, and is having a rocking time doing so.
His last paid position was as National Creative Director of DDB Mudra where he steered the India launch of the iconic brand Volkswagen with some stunning and award-winning work.
Rajeev is also a well known musician and is considered one of India’s leading
Jazz and Fusion flautists. His Jazz Fusion band ‘The Rajeev Raja Combine’ enthralls music lovers at venues and at concerts across India and the world.
With these strong credentials in music and branding it followed that Rajeev founded BrandMusiq, a company that creates sonic identities for brands. He created the term MOGO® or musical logo, which has become part of global lexicon.
BrandMusiq has gone on to create ‘MOGOs®’ for leading Indian brands such as Vistara, HDFC Bank, Zomato, CNBC TV 18 as well as several international brands including Kraft Heinz, and most recently the global sonic identity for Mastercard.
