Rachel Henry is the co-founder and COO of Common, Australia's newest multimedia publisher. With over 13 years of experience in media and digital marketing, she plays a key role in shaping the company’s operations, strategy, and commercial growth.

 

At Common, Rachel is heavily involved in the development of House of Common (HOC), an innovative show hub that collaborates with Australian creators and production companies to produce and distribute original audio, video, and live event content to targeted audiences. Common celebrates everyday people, sharing extraordinary stories and working to make social media a more positive space.

 

Prior to launching Common, Rachel led the Australian sales team at LADbible Group, driving its expansion and establishing its strong presence in the local digital market. She spent over six years at LADbible, including a significant stint in London, where she managed the team handling all Omnicom Media Group revenue.
