Nat started her career at the Seven Network in the role of Office Assistant to the CEO before moving agency side to Mediacom.
After a few years she moved over to UM in Sydney. After returning from maternity leave, Nat and her family moved to Brisbane where she took up the role of GM at UM Brisbane, working with clients such as McDonald’s QLD & NT and Tourism and Events Queensland. The excitement of telly was calling, so Nat moved to Seven West Media in Brisbane in 2015. Nat created the first combined SWM sales team where Pacific and Seven were brought together. In October 2017, Nat was given the opportunity to move back to Sydney to take up the role of Sydney Sales Director and was promoted to Network Sales Director in 2018.

In 2024, Nat was drawn to the purpose and opportunity at Mamamia where she joined as Chief Revenue Officer and was promoted to the role of CEO.
