Marcus started his career in Dublin as an Art Director, working with record labels, bands, and music venues, as well as brands like Guinness and Sprite. His passion for photography took him across South America, Southeast Asia, India, and New Zealand before he settled in Australia.

He is a highly awarded designer, digital post-production specialist, and visual storyteller. His work has gained global recognition, featuring in prestigious publications such as The Guardian, Mashable, Wired, Trendhunter, Designboom, Gizmodo, Cool Hunting, and Design Taxi. His AI Jaguar spoof video went viral, amassing over 15 million views.

An advocate for helping brands and creatives navigate the potential of AI in image and motion, he believes that creativity thrives on adaptability, curiosity, and an open mind—embracing change and exploring the unknown. He has released three books on MidJourney to help creatives master the art of prompt crafting.

He is a creative partner with Luma Dream Machine, Hailuo AI, Viggle and Imagine Art where he has access to new features to test before general release. He is on the board of AI:OK, aimed at promoting responsible AI principles in the music industry and embrace AI responsibly.

He has contributed to work that has been recognized at Cannes Lions, Clio, One Show, NY Festivals, D&AD, Caxtons, London International, Spikes and W3.
