Kristen Hardeman leads marketing and business efforts for Tinder in Australia as the app’s local Country Director, and is responsible for building the brand and finding new ways to connect with Tinder’s members.  During her tenure, the brand has won awards for Diversity in Marketing and Best Influencer Strategy, and was recently shortlisted for ‘Best Brand Campaign’ at the TikTok awards.  She especially loves uncovering new insights about Gen Z (keeping her young at heart) and thrives on developing culture-first partnerships and campaigns.

Prior to joining Tinder, Hardeman led consumer marketing for Intel Australia where she grew the consumer brand using innovative marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships with Sydney Opera House and Vivid Sydney. This included leading the world’s very first public activation of a choreographed drone light show over Sydney Harbour.

Hardeman also has extensive experience leading accounts at notable creative agencies in Sydney and New York including The Monkeys, Saatchi & Saatchi, and JWT.  She brings this knowledge to her brand-side roles to inspire creativity, drive new ways of thinking, and create collaborative agency/client teams.
