One of Australia's most highly awarded creative thinkers, Elle’s iconic and innovative ideas have helped shape brands of all sizes while earning local and international accolades along the way. Campaigns include Bonds 'Boobs' 7-Eleven BYO Cup Day, TAC ‘Zero Jumper’, Spinifex Gum ‘Dream Baby Dream’, Drinkwise 'How to drink properly', Scope 'See the person' and the Myer Give Registry. She is one of the few women ever to be awarded a Gold Siren Award for radio advertising, and in 2016, 2020 and 2023 was recognised as Australian Creative of the Year at the B&T Women in Media Awards.
