Manovic, a Gooreng Gooreng and Kabi Kabi man living in Southeast Queensland, is an experienced television executive with a long history of developing and producing Indigenous content across multiple platforms. With NITV since 2008, he has played a leading role managing a range of NITV internal productions, including Going Places with Ernie Dingo, events like NAIDOC Week, its sports offering including live events and football shows Yokayi Footy(AFL) and Over the Black Dot (rugby league). He has also led marketing and creative for the channel, and been key in NITV’s expanding commercial services, brand partnerships and the delivery of impactful content collaborations with brands.
Adam is also Co-Chairperson of First Nations Media Australia (FNMA), the national peak body for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander media, and is also a member of the Expert Panel for the Federal Government’s First Nations Digital Inclusion Advocacy Group (FNDIAG).
